DISTRIBUTION / SOFTWARE PIRACY / TRADE SECRETS

Our products may NOT be sold or distributed in any way without prior written consent from Access Control Software. By using any product of Access Control Software You hereby agree to not decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or change any part of the software for reasons of discovering its internal works and methods. If You are found guilty of abusing this agreement Access Control Software will take legal action on You and/or all parties involved.

REFUND POLICY

All sales of our products are final unless otherwise stated by us. We reserve the right to refuse any refund request submitted to us by You the customer. Once we issue a registered copy there is no way for us to recall or rescind a registered copy which has already been issued. Essentially, once the program has been issued to You we cannot guarantee that You have not continued to use the product.

PRIVACY

It is our policy to never release any information on You the customer to any third parties. We have not and will not sell Your information to "spammers" or other parties to be used for advertising purposes or the like. Access Control Software does not collect information on You other than the necessary information for the sale of the products.
